Radwell International offers a benefits program that is in-line with industry best practices! Benefits are available on your first day of employment.

All full-time employees, working at least 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in benefits the first day of employment.

Eligibility

  • Eligible Dependents
    • You are a legally married spouse/domestic partner (If your spouse is offered coverage through an employer, there is a $250 per month surcharge)
    • Your child(ren) include newborns, stepchild(ren) legally placed fr adoption, child(ren) awarded coverage pursuant to an order of court and legally adopted child(ren) for whom the employee or employee's spouse is the child(ren)'s legal guardian

 

Health Insurance

Radwell offers full time employees and eligible dependents a choice of medical plans and a prescription plan through the insurance carrier Aetna. Medical Options available are:

  • Meritain Choice POS Base/HDHP Plan
  • Meritain POS Mid Plan
  • Meritain Open Access EPO High Plan

The costs of the plans are generously shared by Radwell.

 

Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you are enrolled in the HDHP, Radwell will fund your HSA account with $520 annually.  This amount is prorated if you enter the plan after September 1st of each year and is paid per pay cycle.  For example, if you enter the plan on September 1st and you have a weekly pay cycle, $10 a week over the next 52 weeks will be funded to your account.

 

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

FSA allows eligible employees to set aside a specific pretax dollar amount for unreimbursed medical, dental, vision, some over the counter items, and dependent care expenses.  A Dependent Care Flexible Account is also available. You will need to reenroll every plan year.  

 

Telemedicine Services

Convenient medical care—online anytime makes it easier for you to consult with a doctor when you need to.  U.S. board-certified doctor via video, chat or phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - no appointment is needed.  Deductible will apply on the HDHP.

 

Vision Care

A vision discount plan is available through the carrier EyeMed. This is available to full-time employees working at least 30 hours or more per week, for employees and their eligible dependents

  

Dental Insurance

Voluntary benefit that offers employees and eligible dependents a choice of two dental plans (high and low) through the carrier Aetna.

 

401(k) Plan

Retirement plan - has an automatic enrollment feature and you can waive or increase the salary deferral. Quarterly enrollments are on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.  Current matching contribution: 100% match on first 3% contribution, 50% match on 4-5% contribution

 

Life Insurance

Radwell International provides employees a $50,000 basic term life and accident AD&D insurance policy at no cost to the employee.

 

Optional Life Insurance

Voluntary additional life insurance for employee, spouse and dependent children paid 100% by employee and is available for you to purchase up to 5 times your annual salary to a maximum of $300,000.

 

Paid Time Off (PTO)

The amount of PTO earned will depend on the employee’s length of service with the Company, as follows:

 

PTO is accrued upon date of hire. Eligible for use after 90 days of employment. Employees accumulate a specified amount of PTO each pay period worked. PTO may be used in day or partial day increments. All hours are available for use in the pay period following the pay period in which they are accrued. PTO is accrued on a prorated basis throughout the year.

The company is closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • On the day of your birthday, leave 1.5 hours early.

Bereavement

Bereavement leave is paid for immediate family up to 3 days bereavement.

 

Up to three (3) days of paid leave

For spouse, child, parent, parent-in-law, grandchild, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, stepparent, brother, sister, child of your spouse, domestic partner, or civil union partner

 

One (1) day of paid leave

For grandparent, grandparent-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepsiblings, aunt, uncle, and those relatives that are living in your home

Referral Bonus

Anyone who refers any regular full-time position and he/she is hired by Radwell International, Inc., you will be eligible to receive a referral bonus of $500.00 (less applicable taxes) after your candidate completes six months of continuous service. You must remain employed with Radwell when the candidate completes six months of service, in order to become eligible for the bonus.

 

Radwear

New employees will be provided with five (5) Radwell company logo shirts. Each year on your anniversary date, an amount of $150.00 will be placed into your Radwear account to purchase additional shirts. Radwell employees are required to wear apparel containing the Radwell Company logo to be displayed at all times during working hours.
