Benefits Summary

Health benefits will be available to full time employees working 30 or more hours per week on the first day of the month after two (2) months of continuous services.


Health Insurance

Radwell offers full time employees and eligible dependents a choice of medical plans and a prescription plan through the insurance carrier Meritain. Medical Options available are :

  • Meritain Health (HRA) Open Access POS - base plan
  • Meritain Health EPO 2 – buy up plan

The costs of the plans are generously shared by Radwell.


Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

At the start of the plan year, Radwell International will deposit an amount of money into your HRA account, depending on your plan type – single, employee/children, husband/wife, family – to help you meet the annual deductible of the HRA plan.


Medical Expense Reimbursement Program

For the Meritain Health EPO 2 plan, any incurred expense that exceeds your deductible of $1,500 up to $3,000 annual out of pocket maximum, will be reimbursed by Radwell.


Vision Care

A vision discount plan is available through the carrier EyeMed.


Dental Insurance

Voluntary benefit that offers employees and eligible dependents a choice of two dental plans through the carrier Met Life.


401(k) Plan

Retirement savings plan administered by Transamerica - has an automatic enrollment feature and you can waive or increase the salary deferral on a quarterly basis. Plan allows quarterly enrollments and changes (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). Current matching contribution: 25% of the first 4% of deferral (employee contribution). This benefit is available after your 91st day of continuous employment.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

The amount of PTO earned will depend on the employee’s length of service with the Company, as follows:


PTO is accrued upon date of hire. Eligible for use after 90 days of employment. Employees accumulate a specified amount of PTO each pay period worked. PTO may be used in day or partial day increments. All hours are available for use in the pay period following the pay period in which they are accrued. PTO is accrued on a prorated basis throughout the year.


Life Insurance

Radwell International provides employees a $50,000 basic term life and accident AD&D insurance policy at no cost to the employee.


Optional Life Insurance

Voluntary additional life insurance for employee, spouse and dependent children paid 100% by employee and is available for you to purchase up to 5 times your annual salary to a maximum of $300,000.


Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

FSA allows eligible employees to set aside a specific pre-tax dollar amount for unreimbursed medical, dental, vision, some over the counter items, and also for dependent care expenses. You will need to re-enroll every plan year.



On the day of your birthday, leave 1.5 hours early.



Bereavement leave is paid for immediate family up to 3 days bereavement.


These Benefits Are Available on your 1st day of employment:

Referral Bonus

Anyone who refers a regular full-time technician, manager or profession position and he/she is hired by Radwell International, Inc., you will be eligible to receive a referral bonus of $150.00 (less applicable taxes) after your candidate completes six months of continuous service. You must remain employed with Radwell when the candidate completes six months of service, in order to become eligible for the bonus.




New employees will be provided with five (5) Radwell company logo shirts. Each year on your anniversary date, an amount of $150.00 will be placed into your Radwear account to purchase additional shirts. Radwell employees are required to wear apparel containing the Radwell Company logo to be displayed at all times during working hours.


Jury Duty

Payment for a jury duty leave will be granted to a maximum of 10 days per calendar year or up to 40 hours per year.
